• Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times


We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services.

 

Estimated delivery windows:

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
 

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs


• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
• Free shipping promotions may be offered when applicable.

4. Shipment Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments


If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@feytlabs.com.


While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Domestic Shipping Only


• We currently ship within the United States only.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information


• Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer and cannot issue refunds or replacements for such cases.

8. Damaged or Defective Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@feytlabs.com.


Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
