When you subscribe, your selected products will automatically ship based on your chosen delivery schedule. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically before each shipment is processed.

Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected delivery interval unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the recurring subscription price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
You will receive a confirmation email after each successful renewal order.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal, including:
- Skipping a shipment
- Updating delivery frequency
- Changing payment methods

Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, you may receive an email requesting updated payment information. FEYT Labs reserves the right to pause or cancel subscriptions after multiple failed billing attempts.
